This is an interactive, online version of the official course created by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts in 1979. It is the world’s most widely-researched, evidence-based mindfulness program. It has been taught everywhere, from the classroom to the boardroom, from hospitals to military installations. It has been proven to develop skills that enable participants to more effectively face life’s greatest challenges – including illness and pain – to significantly reduce stress, and to promote wellness and well-being. It is a deeply transformative curriculum.
